After engaging in diverse creative indie projects with various artistes, we came to a profound realization: beyond the realm of the film industry, India lacks a dedicated platform for fostering other artistic expressions. Despite the vast untapped potential awaiting discovery, there existed a need to streamline and organise these creative processes. Thus, on a serendipitous night in 2019, a cohort of indie enthusiasts, collaborators on the music project ‘En Rroute Thursdays,’ laid the foundation for what would become IndiOwl.
